Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To avoid abuse of our policy the customer must pay the return shipping once a return is approved to occur. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or digital proof of purchase.

Cancelling an order & receiving a refund

ALL orders are final once payment is made. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU TRULY WANT AN ITEM, BEFORE CHECKING OUT. In SOME CASES we may make an exception for a cancellation AS LONG AS it is a low-value order AND the order has not yet shipped out. If it’s already shipped out we will not be able to make an exception. Exemptions from returns & refunds

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as: supplements when near expiry date, ALL peptides, other research compounds or exclusive items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of products that are sanitary goods. Only regular priced items can be returned or refunded, all sale items are final sale.

IF YOU ORDER PEPTIDES OR ANY OTHER RESEARCH COMPOUND FROM USC, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THEY WILL MAKE IT OVER THE BORDER. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CONFISCATED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CHEMICALS.

ANY AND ALL PEPTIDES & COMPOUNDS ARE FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, YOU, THE BUYER, ASSUME ANY AND ALL LIABILITY & RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASING THESE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CHEMICALS.

WE WILL LABEL THE PACKAGE AS WHAT IT IS, A SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH KIT. MOST KITS WILL MAKE IT INTO YOUR COUNTRY/STATE, AS THESE COMPOUNDS ARE NOT ILLEGAL FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES, IN THE RARE CASE THAT THEY ARE SEIZED, WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. THIS IS PART OF THE RISK YOU TAKE WHEN ORDERING.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL, FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS BEFORE ORDERING TO ASSURE THERE WILL BE ZERO ISSUES PURCHASING AND RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

FOR EXCLUSIVE ITEMS (CANADA ONLY) YOU MUST MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING. IF YOUR ORDER SHIPS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND IS NOT RETURNED TO US, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE YOUR ITEMS OR REFUND YOU DUE TO YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and explain how the decision was made.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us or in shipping. All of our tracked packages come with a standard of $100 insurance minimum. If your item is worth $200 before shipping then we will pay extra to insure your item for the amount it is worth. If the damage was done in shipping, then a Canada post insurance claim will be opened by us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and either get your claim money back for you OR ship you a new item, which ever one you prefer.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you send an item back to us at our cost for return shipping and request a refund, the cost accrued for return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. To complete your return, we require a receipt or digital proof of purchase.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us for an update.
